Shipping policy

Kindly give us a maximum of two business days for order preparation and packing, and another three to ten business days for delivery.

Economy and Express shipping services to US territories (Hawaii and Puerto Rico) are powered by USPS, and by UPS® nationwide in the US.

If you are interested in receiving your products sooner, we offer USPS Priority Mail® deliver in from 2 to 2 business days to USA and UPS®, and also UPS® Select to Canada, rates calculated at check out.

The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the selected shipping method and delivery address.

Once it's shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays and don't offer Saturday delivery, unless the carrier provides it without we requesting it.

Due to order value, certain orders could require a signature upon delivery. UPS typically works from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. Please be aware that P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for UPS delivery. When placing an order, you can provide a different address for daytime delivery, such as your place of employment (strongly advised).

Taxes will be added at checkout when laws apply. Since our headquarters and only location are in Santa Barbara, California, sales taxes are currently only applied to orders with shipping addresses located in the US state of California.
