Returning or exchanging Items

We want you to feel beautiful and confident in every piece you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

If the product you received doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, you may request a refund or store credit. Please review the guidelines below:

  1. Return Window
    Please itry-on your garment piece as soon as you receive it. If you require to initiate ya return, start it the soonest possible. o
    Returns postmarked after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted and will be reshipped to the customer.
  1. Your piece, must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached, to be eligible for a return or an exchange. 
  1. Return Shipping
    We are happy to offer free returns within the United States. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.

Submit a return request

To start the return or exchange process you will follow these steps: 

  1. Access to your account: Click the profile icon in the store's navigation located on the right top of the page, or go to the refund policy or a returns page located on the left in the foot bar menu, and then request a return.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.
  6. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How long does it take to get my refund?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exceptions Notes

Please note that we only exchange an item once. After exchanging it, you can still return it if needed and receive a refund for the full amount paid for the item.

After opening a return, you can’t add or remove products. In this case, you should send an email to juajua@juajua.us with your Order No. and contact information in the email, then we can address your case within 5 business days.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order is considered SALE, or CLOSET SALE, please make sure that you read the product description and the measurements of each size, SALE products are not eligible for returns.

In case of manufacturing defects, please keep in mind JuaJua glades itself for the handmade nature of its products. The fibers, leathers, colors, and patterns might be different from product to product; imperfections are expected and are part of the authenticity of our handmade products. Even though items can be returned and exchanged by any product of the same retail price stated at the moment of  the purchase.

Gift cards are non-returnable items

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
